Having spent most of her life in BC, Alexis has been actively practicing massage therapy since moving to Revelstoke in 2012. She achieved her RMT designation in 2018, and now incorporates those prenatal, athletic, and gastrointestinal therapy experiences with her background of Thai and Spa Massage treatment traditions. She especially loves incorporating hydrotherapy such as hot stones in every nurturing treatment.

Thai massage blends stretching and pressure point techniques, and a session with Alexis has a nurturing, full-body effect using primarily myofascial, trigger point, neuro-muscular, hydrotherapy, and range-of-motion modalities. She enjoys working with people as they try to find ease in their bodies whether through subtler techniques like muscle energy or orthobionomy, or through more traditional oil massage practices. Tierra has been a practicing RMT in Revelstoke since 2022 and is excited to join Revelstoke Osteopathy & Wellness on July 1st 2026. Tierra graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon and offers targeted massage treatments, with direct billing for most insurance providers. Massage treatments may include fascial work, trigger point release, and deep tissue work. She has experience providing various treatments such as pre/post natal massage, intra-oral release, acute and chronic pain treatment, and everything in between.
